so i'm not the best at this bloggin' business - so sue me. actually, don't do that, it'll just be a waste of money. anyway, i went running this weekend for the first time since placing myself on the injured list and this is how i felt: give it til 0:20 [sidenote: this is not the official video, but everything else was live]
