the gallivan center has released this summer's thursday night line-up ... broken social scene? neko case? andrew bird? the roots? de la soul? and on and on ... man, salt lake has really stepped it up! its gonna be a sound-good summer. although, "summer" never sounds good to me ;)

june year's resolution

the urban dictionary word-of-the-day today is "june year's resolution" which is defined by said dictionary as: a new year's resolution that starts june 1st instead of january 1st. this is assuming the original act of self improvement has failed from january to june and it is time to start over.

iced tea

i like iced tea. i don't love it, but i'll take it over lemonade any day. i was never much a fan of the nestea iced tea. the artificial lemon flavor was just too much. and the plain always had sugar in it. needless to say, i like it au natural ... however, nestea has revamped its can, and in doing so has sexed-up the look ... so i may be changing my ways:
