thanks, utah foods, for bringing us this plate and placing it on the filing cabinet just outside my cubicle so that i can watch people come, stare, contemplate, and then grab a pastrie[s] and go. although i did not enjoy one of these unappealing treats myself, i did enjoy watching my co-workers' internal should-i-or-shouldnt-i struggle. someone actually said, "oh, i just don't know. i guess i should eat the last one. i wouldn't want it to get lonely." when asked how it was, the response was "stale." hmm... at least it wasn't lonely!
